• Disinfect keyboards, mice, and phones

• Organize common-use items (stationery, office supplies)
   

Conference & Meeting Rooms

• Dust and disinfect tables and chairs

• Wipe down whiteboards or presentation boards

• Clean and sanitize remote controls, markers, and AV equipment

• Vacuum or mop floors

• Empty and clean bins

• Spot clean walls and glass partitions
   

 Kitchen & Break Rooms

• Clean and disinfect countertops and tables

• Wipe down exterior of cabinets and appliances

• Clean inside and outside of microwave

• Wipe exterior of refrigerator and coffee machines

• Empty and clean bins

• Sweep and mop floors

• Disinfect sink and faucets

• Restock paper towels, dish soap, and other supplies

Restrooms

• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks

• Wipe down counters and mirrors

• Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

• Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant

• Clean and sanitize partitions and doors

• Empty and clean bins

• Disinfect high-touch points (light switches, door handles)

Floors

• Sweep, mop, or vacuum all floor surfaces

• Spot clean spills and stains immediately

• Buff or polish hard floors if applicable

• Deep clean carpets as scheduled

Windows & Glass

• Clean interior windows and glass doors

• Wipe window sills and tracks

• Remove fingerprints and smudges from glass surfaces
