Why the Number of Hours May Increase

Some require a light refresh, while others need a deeper, more detailed approach.
Your estimate may increase if:

For bookings, a 50% deposit is required
The remaining balance will be automatically charged once the service is completed. To allow us to process payments seamlessly, you must save a card on file when booking.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations,
but it can be applied as credit toward a future service.

They quickly check the home’s condition and confirm if the estimated hours still make sense.
2️⃣ Mid-service update
About one hour before the estimated time ends, the team contacts our office with a status update.
If more time is needed, we immediately notify you with:

the reason extra time is needed

the estimated number of hours required

the updated price
3️⃣ If you approve extra time
We continue the job to achieve the best result possible.
4️⃣ If you do not approve extra time
No problem — we simply ask which areas or tasks you want to prioritize, since we won’t be able to complete everything within the original estimate.

Our standard checklist is the foundation of every service. Add-ons such as fridge, oven, windows, balconies and heavy-duty areas are not included in the basic time estimate because they require extra time and products. This separation keeps your estimate fair and avoids charging more for tasks you don’t need.
