    We offer a variety of cleaning services to suit your needs, including Express Cleaning, General Cleaning, Subscription Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Extreme Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, Balcony Cleaning, Post-Construction Renovation Cleaning, Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning, Office Cleaning, and Commercial Cleaning.
  • How do I book a cleaning service?
    You can easily book a cleaning service online or by contacting us directly through our website, by phone, or by emailing us at enjoyhousecleaning@hotmail.com. If you’ve received a gift card, simply forward it to us via email to schedule your service.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We proudly serve Toronto & GTA, Whitby, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Brampton, Caledon, Mississauga, Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Cambridge, Newmarket, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Whitchurch Stouffville, King City, Markham, Aurora.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    You don't need to be home during the cleaning. However, we do recommend being available for the first visit to provide any specific instructions or preferences to our team, our to provide written details on your booking so we can instruct our teams properly.
  • What are your operating hours?
    We operate Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. However if you do require a service to be on the weekend, please contact us per email. Premium charges will apply for weekends & holidays bookings.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    Payment can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or any other method discussed at the time of booking. We require payment upon completion of the service.
  • What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will resend the team back to make it right.
  • Can I customize my cleaning service?
    Absolutely! Our services are flexible, and we can tailor them to meet your specific needs. Whether it’s focusing on particular areas of your home or using certain products, just let us know your preferences when booking.
  • How do your gift cards work?
    Our gift cards never expire and can be used to book any of our services. To redeem, simply forward the gift card to us via email. Gift cards are based on a certain number of hours of cleaning, and additional hours can be purchased if needed.
  • What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your service value.
  • Do you offer regular cleaning subscriptions?
    Yes, we offer subscription cleaning services for those who prefer regular maintenance of their home or office. You can choose the frequency that best fits your needs, whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly.
  • Are your cleaners insured ?
    Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured, giving you peace of mind knowing that your home or office is in safe hands.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    We occasionally run special promotions and offer discounts for long-term or repeat clients. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.
  • How can I provide feedback about your services?
    We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. You can provide feedback directly through our website, by emailing or texting us.
