Welcome to Enjoy House Cleaning. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide a range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning. The scope of services will be outlined in the service agreement provided to you prior to commencement.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance, either through our website, by phone, or by email.

• Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and e-transfers.

• A deposit may be required for certain services, which will be detailed in your service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (based on the full service cost).

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or on the same day are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

💡 Good to know:
If you need to cancel but are able to reschedule your service within the same week (subject to availability), the cancellation fee will be waived.

• Please note that Enjoy House Cleaning also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, emergencies, or staffing issues. In such cases, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours:

• We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied with your cleaning. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, including photos or videos showing the areas of concern. We will gladly return within 48 hours to address the issue at no additional cost.

• Please note that services are non-refundable, but we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

6. Liability

• Enjoy House Cleaning is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for items that are fragile or prone to damage if not notified in advance.

• We take great care in handling your property, but in the unlikely event of damage, our teams will report our office immediately with a picture and videos. In that case our office staff will contact you to discuss a resolution. 

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website at any time without notice for conduct that violates these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Enjoy House Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
