Still, with a little preparation, you can handle your home cleaning quickly and easily.

As experts in home and office cleaning, we’ve created a handy checklist that focuses on how we clean your home with as little stress to you. Follow our cleaning method checklist to accurately know how we tend to your premises so that you can get back to the other important things in life.

House cleaning task

Our cleaning checklist is overall of what is offered for regular services. However, to complete all the tasks on the list, we will depend on the time we are hired!

a. Getting your kitchen cleaning organized

  • Clean, disinfect cupboards, move light appliances to clean the underneath, and replace them.
  • Clean all cabinets and drawers (outside only) and handles.
  • Clean top of the fridge, surfaces and handle.
  • Wash the stove, disinfect all the surfaces.
  • Wash, disinfect the sink, faucet, and tap!
  • Empty the garbage bins (recycle, organic, and garbage). Replace with new bags.
  • Clean the garbage areas.
  • Clean and disinfect tables and chairs, stools in the kitchen areas.
  • Clean the insides of the microwave.
  • Clean all kitchen appliances and polish stainless steel appliances.
  • Clean windows and glass doors, dust blinds, and wash baseboards.
  • Lastly, vacuum and mop.

b. Sprucing up the living areas, dining room, and office

  • Dust and disinfect furniture, clean fixtures, chairs, handles.
  • Move furniture around to clean behind and underneath (light furniture only).
  • Dust Lamp floors, lamps, lights, vents.
  • Make sure to clean baseboards.
  • Window sills, smudges, and fingerprints on windows (inside only).
  • Dust the window blinds.
  • Clean electronics, behind and underneath.
  • Dust shelves and picture frames.
  • Keep all mirrors clean.
  • Vacuum under cushions, under the couch.
  • Fold the used blankets.
  • Vacuum carpets, floors, and mop.
  • Clean and polish tables and chairs.
  • Clean computer table, computer, monitor, keyboards, printer.
  • Empty the trash if there’s any.

c. Beautifying your bathrooms and powder room

  • Clean the cabinets, handles, and drawers (outside only).
  • Disinfect or wash the sink, faucet, tap, and surfaces.
  • Clean the bathroom mirror.
  • Make sure to dust the lights.
  • Clean cobwebs and the vents.
  • Clean the toilet surfaces and scrub the inside.
  • Wash the baseboards.
  • Wipe the window sills from fingerprints and other smudges.
  • Dust the window blinds.
  • Clean the shelves.
  • Fold the towels and clean the racks.
  • Vacuum the carpets.
  • Wash the shower glass, inside and out.
  • Wash the walls and shower.
  • Wash and scrub clean the tub.
  • Clean and disinfect any other objects.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor.
  • Empty the garbage.
  • Clean doors and handles.
  • Clean the switch lights.

d. For your bedrooms

  • Make beds, and change sheets! (If left out to change)
  • Dust furniture, picture frames, vents, floors lamps, table lamps, objects.
  • Clean windows, glass doors (inside only), and windowsills.
  • Remove cobwebs.
  • Clean baseboards.
  • Clean dressing mirrors.
  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets, under beds and furniture.
  • Empty the trash!
  • Clean switch lights, doors, and handles.
  • Vacuum the clear areas in the closets.

e. Laundry room

  • Wash the sink.
  • Swipe down the washer and dryer machines.
  • Vacuum and mop!
  • Clean doors and handles.
  • Remove cobwebs.
  • Clean baseboards.
  • Clean switch lights.
  • Empty the trash.

f. Mandatory cleaning for the rest of the areas

  • Dust Furniture and objects.
  • Disinfect Surfaces.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor.
  • Clean stairs and hallways if there’s any.

g. Extra Requests (Extra Time Required/Charges)

  • Inside the fridge.

What we want from you:

  • It’s imperative to tidy up your home before your cleaning appointment. The more we need to be organized before we can clean, the longer we’ll take to do the job.
  • If you have any additional requests or notes, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Our staff is instructed to follow only the instructions given by their manager.
  • Avoid being in the same area the cleaners are working. The floors could be wet, and accidents can be inevitable.
  • Please, avoid leaving big amounts of dishes in the sink (Unless you requested additional time specifically for the dishes), clothes around, toys, or objects on the floors. It’s very important that we focus on cleaning to present better results.
  • If you need help with organizing, contact us for housekeeping services.
  • If you have pets, understand that we are not responsible for cleaning any pet’s waste or sand box.
  • If you have any concerns regarding our cleaning methods, please contact us. We love receiving feedback in a constructive way to improve the quality of our services. 

We Do Not:

  • Clean walls - walls can be easily scratched or damaged, for this reason we do not include it as part of our checklist.
  • Move heavy furniture - Moving furniture around can damage the floors and can cause an injury to our staff due to the weight of the furniture. We only move light furniture around to clean behind and underneath. 
  • Lift heavy boxes or belongings of clients - anything that has risks of damages or can cause an injury due to weight or size, we do not do it for safety reasons. 
  • Clean objects that are considered expensive and have high risks of breaking or damaging, such as crystals, porcelain, etc.) Each client should advise us upon the cleaning agreement about these. 

Our Checklist is based on the tasks we offer. However, each home is different, and each client is different. To be able to complete all the tasks depends on the time agreed, the client’s budget, and the conditions of the house. The more organized your home is, the more time we have to focus on the cleaning. We offer personalized service for clients with various needs and can create a unique checklist for each client.
