We are an efficient web-based cleaning company in Vaughan, Toronto, and surrounding areas specializing in residential and commercial services. We started operations in 2015.

Over the past five years, we’ve steadily grown our operations and staff to accommodate our clients’ requests. Currently, our teams are fully trained and experienced in different types of cleaning. We even have full-time and part-time teams to meet a broad range of requirements.

Our founder, Joyce, started the company by herself, with a low investment of just $200 for business cards and cleaning supplies. With her friend’s help, she distributed her business cards from door to door in her neighborhood and friend’s neighborhood as well. Simultaneously, she created her own logo, cleaning checklist, Facebook page, and advertised her services all on her own. Slowly but surely, she started receiving client after client, as every satisfied person referred her to their friends and family. Even today, she continues to receive referrals from past clients.

Word of mouth has been her number one source of prominent clients, such as Louis Vuitton Toronto, Casa-Toronto, and several others. She has also partnered with another cleaning company where they help each other with their experiences and competences and together offer higher quality to their customers.

One of the requirements to join our team is a positive attitude. Cleaning isn’t an easy job, and we look for people that will add positive attitudes and knowledge to our crew. We honestly don’t like the term “Cleaners.” We prefer saying we are “Cleaning Heroes.” We bring happiness to client homes and make it a healthier place that is fresh and clean. We do a vital job, as we transform people’s lives by giving them relief from their day to day tasks.

We constantly talk to our teams about doing the job with love, even if it’s not their dream job. The compensation for this will be amazing feedback or the gratitude of homeowners that really need our help. Besides a positive attitude, we always look to hire people willing to learn and work in teams.
Our teams include hard workers, and we are very thankful for having them as part of our Cleaning Heroes Team. We support each other, and that makes our company different.

Our teams are fully trained for the following services: housekeeping, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction, renovation cleaning, and pre-sale cleaning. We’ve also recently introduced carpet cleaning and shampooing, deep steam cleaning, and windows cleaning for clients.

We serve clients in Toronto, with Vaughan being our second-largest market, and by 2021 we plan to expand our services to the whole GTA. We operate from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm and on weekends, upon request and availability.

One aspect that makes us second to none is that we treat our clients differently by listening to their needs and adapting our services to simplify their lives. This allows them to live better, healthier, and have and enjoy more free time doing the things they like. It results in building close relationships with clients.

What also sets us apart from the rest of our competitors is that we are flexible with our bookings and accommodate special requests by offering a customized checklist. Besides, our rates are affordable when compared with the big companies, which has made us successful.

One of our most significant achievements has been gaining a reputation in the market for excellence and professionalism by retaining clients for many years.
We also send a survey to each client and use the feedback to improve our quality by fixing mistakes. Consequently, our social media reviews are always above four, as we’ve taken the time to nurture happy clients.

We currently serve a hundred and sixty regular clients every month, but our dream is to increase to five-hundred in the next five years. In this endeavor, we are working on new commercial projects and are looking to create more valuable partnerships.
Our firm is also proud to have survived COVID-19 by becoming more innovative.

We used the quarantine period to change our logo, build a new website, work on social media, invest in new equipment, train the teams for the “New Times,” and innovate with new services. As an essential service provider, we implemented changes to keep our staff and clients safe during the pandemic. Our staff became Heroes after fighting COVID-19 from our clients’ homes, and we are happy we could offer them peace of mind during these stressful times.
