Here’s everything you need to know about what happens next:

      1. What Happens Now?

 

Once you’ve completed your booking and paid the deposit, our team will review all your details.

  • If anything is missing, we’ll contact you.
     

  • Otherwise, you’ll receive your booking confirmation within 24 business hours.

​

     2. When Do I Pay the Remaining Balance?

 

The remaining balance will be automatically charged once your service is complete, using the card saved on file.

​

  • If you didn’t save your card, we’ll send you a secure request before confirming the service.
     

  • Prefer to pay by cash? Let us know in advance so we can inform the team.
     

Rest assured: your card information is encrypted and never shared.

 

 

      3. Is This the Final Price?

 

The price shown is an estimate based on the details provided.

  • If more time is needed due to property conditions, scope of work, or missing information, we’ll contact you to approve any extra charges before proceeding.
     

 

      4. I Have a Promotional Code – How Does It Work?

 

All promo codes must be added in the "Additional Details" section during booking.

​

  • Our team will apply the discount and update the final price.

​

  • Without entering the promo code at the time of booking, discounts will not be applied—so don’t forget to include it!

​

  • Promotional rates or discounts are not cumulative
     

 

     5. What If I Want to Cancel My Service?

 

To cancel for free and receive a full deposit refund, please give us at least 48 business hours' notice.

​

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.
     

  • If you reschedule within the same week, the cancellation fee is waived.
     

 

      6. I Signed Up for a Service Subscription—What Now?

  • Your visits will be automatically scheduled on the same weekday and time window based on your chosen frequency.
     

  • You can track and manage your appointments through our Client Portal.
     

  • Need to make changes? Contact us at 📧 enjoyhousecleaning@hotmail.com or 📱 416-909-1590.
     

Note: Subscription pricing is discounted based on regular frequency and requires a minimum number of visits per month.

  • Skipping a visit without 48 hours' notice results in your next service being charged at full rate.
     

  • You can always reschedule instead to keep your discount active.
     

 

      7. What If I Want to Cancel My Subscription?

 

We require 30 days’ notice to cancel your subscription.

​

 

      8. Can I Change My Frequency?

 

Yes! Just contact us and we’ll make the change for you.

  • Your rate will be adjusted according to the new frequency.

Provide photos or videos for better reference and understanding.

If needed, we’ll schedule a free return visit within the same week to make it right.
