1. What Happens Now?
Once you’ve completed your booking and paid the deposit, our team will review all your details.

If anything is missing, we’ll contact you.

Otherwise, you’ll receive your booking confirmation within 24 business hours.

2. When Do I Pay the Remaining Balance?
The remaining balance will be automatically charged once your service is complete, using the card saved on file.

If you didn’t save your card, we’ll send you a secure request before confirming the service.

Prefer to pay by cash? Let us know in advance so we can inform the team.
Rest assured: your card information is encrypted and never shared.
3. Is This the Final Price?
The price shown is an estimate based on the details provided.

If more time is needed due to property conditions, scope of work, or missing information, we’ll contact you to approve any extra charges before proceeding.
4. I Have a Promotional Code – How Does It Work?
All promo codes must be added in the "Additional Details" section during booking.

Our team will apply the discount and update the final price.

Without entering the promo code at the time of booking, discounts will not be applied—so don’t forget to include it!

5. What If I Want to Cancel My Service?
To cancel for free and receive a full deposit refund, please give us at least 48 business hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.

If you reschedule within the same week, the cancellation fee is waived.
6. I Signed Up for a Service Subscription—What Now?

Your visits will be automatically scheduled on the same weekday and time window based on your chosen frequency.

You can track and manage your appointments through our Client Portal.

Note: Subscription pricing is discounted based on regular frequency and requires a minimum number of visits per month.

7. What If I Want to Cancel My Subscription?
We require 30 days’ notice to cancel your subscription.

8. Can I Change My Frequency?
Yes! Just contact us and we’ll make the change for you.

Your rate will be adjusted according to the new frequency.

If needed, we’ll schedule a free return visit within the same week to make it right.
