Hourly Rate, With a Professional Time Estimate


Our cleaning services are priced by the hour, but we never leave you guessing.

Before you book, we provide a professional estimate based on:


  1. the size of your home

  2. the current condition

  3. the tasks and add-ons you select

  4. the complexity of the job (Deep Clean, Move-In/Out, or Regular)


This estimate gives you a clear idea of how many hours your service should take — and what price range to expect.

Every home is different.

Some require a light refresh, while others need a deeper, more detailed approach.


Your estimate may increase if:


  • there is heavy build-up, grease, pet hair or deep dust

  • the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time

  • there are many extra tasks selected

  • we find areas requiring additional attention

  • the space is furnished, cluttered or has limited mobility


We always notify you as soon as possible if additional time is required.

🔶 How the Visit Works - Why the Number of Hours May Increase


To keep everything transparent and stress-free, here is what happens on the day of your cleaning:


1️⃣ When the team arrives

They quickly check the home’s condition and confirm if the estimated hours still make sense.


2️⃣ Mid-service update

About one hour before the estimated time ends, the team contacts our office with a status update.

If more time is needed, we immediately notify you with:


  1. the reason extra time is needed

  2. the estimated number of hours required

  3. the updated price


3️⃣ If you approve extra time

We continue the job to achieve the best result possible.


4️⃣ If you do not approve extra time

No problem — we simply ask which areas or tasks you want to prioritize, since we won’t be able to complete everything within the original estimate.
